At Suncoast Hospice we have talented Licensed Social Workers/Counselors who provide direct clinical care to the patient/family unit in facility and in-home settings. They also identify patient/family problems and initiate a plan of care in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
PRN positions available throughout Pinellas County.

Position Requirements
1. Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy (LCSW preferred)
2. Must be licensed in one of the above fields.
